We will acknowledge all orders by email, outlining the next steps below. This will be sent to the email address you used with PayPal. If you’d like us to use a different address, please let us know ASAP.

If you have ordered any of our CV writing services, please send the following information to clients@forces-cvs.co.uk to help me get to know your strengths, skills and experience:

• A copy of your current CV.

If you don’t have a CV yet, don’t worry. Just let me know and I’ll send a questionnaire for you to complete.

• A maximum 3 examples of job descriptions or vacancies for the one type of role you’d like your new CV to target. You can send these as links, PDFs or MS Word documents attached to your email.

Once I have been through these, I will be in touch if I need further information before preparing the draft CV for your approval.

Please DO NOT send any certificates, copies of appraisals or any other documents unless otherwise agreed.

Due to time constraints, I will only chase you once for this information. It is your responsibility to supply it in a timely fashion or let me know if there will be a delay. I’m ok with delays and happy to work with you on that, as I understand you are probably busy or perhaps working away from home. However, refunds will not be given if you fail to provide the information required, so please notify me as soon as any problems arise.

Normal turn-round time is around 10-14 working days. However, during busy periods where I have received high volumes of work, this may need to be extended. In an effort to accommodate all of my clients as quickly as possible, work is meticulously planned 2-weeks ahead.

Please advise me within 24 hours of ordering if you have any deadlines or vacancy closing dates to meet. Whilst this cannot always be guaranteed, I will do our best where possible.

Career & Interview Coaching

If you have booked any coaching sessions, please confirm the following:

• Would you like the sessions to cover career coaching or interview coaching?
• When is the best time to contact you and on which number/email?
• When would you like the sessions to start?
• What are your 3 key challenges in either deciding on your career direction or performing well at interview?

I’ll match you with one of your coaches and they will contact you to book your sessions at a mutually convenient date/time.
